Q: Do I have to sign a long-term Contract?

Absolutely not. All our leases are month-to-month, so there is no long-term contracts! This gives you the flexibility to stay for as long as you need.

Q: Do I need insurance for my stored goods?

Yes, you are responsible for the items you store, and we do require insurance for those items. Most tenants opt for the affordable third-party insurance / protection plan we offer.

Q: What kind of payment methods do you accept?

We currently only accept credit and debit cards and DO NOT accept Cash or Check payments.

Q: Do I Need to Bring My Own Lock to Secure My New Unit?

No. There will be a secure lock waiting for you inside your unit after your rental has been completed. We require all tenants to use the lock provided for the duration of their stay.

Q: Can I tour the facility before renting?

Absolutely. If you would like to tour the facility, please give us a call and we will be happy to coordinate a visit / tour with you.

Q: What items are prohibited from being stored at this facility?

Prohibited items include perishable food items, illegal or stolen goods, hazardous chemicals, weapons, ammunition, explosives, and living or deceased organisms. Please contact us if you have any questions about specific items.
